The signature of the contract implies the acceptance by the customer of the general and particular conditions of sale as well as the information appearing in the detail of our offers.
Any contract will be validated after payment of a deposit, the amount of which will be indicated to you when booking.
The balance will be payable at the latest 2 months before your departure, except in the case of special arrangements.

Cancellation costs from the customer:
In the event of cancellation by a client, Destination Chasse Pêche applies fees up to the total amount of the price of the stay.
Cancellation 2 months or more before departure = fixed price of 300 €
Between 2 and 1 month = 50% of the amount of the stay
Between 1 month and 15 days = 75% of the amount of the stay
Less than 15 days = the trip is due.
Destination Chasse Pêche cannot be held responsible:
- Failure to register customers at the place of departure of the air trip caused by a delay in pre-routing, even if this delay results from a case of force majeure, a fortuitous event, or due to a third party.
-The loss of your luggage (gun in particular) preventing you from being able to use your weapon.
It is rare not to have a weapon on loan, but if it did, the companies do not reimburse any lost hunting days.

Modification or cancellation by Destination Chasse Pêche or its service providers.
DCP reserves the right to cancel a stay in certain cases, special weather conditions affecting the transport of participants, suspension of hunting, river in flood that does not ensure the safety of participants, case of force majeure .
Participants will be offered another date or will be reimbursed in full of the amount received by DCP without being able to claim any compensation, including airfare or other advance for the stay.
If the cancellation occurs during the stay (suspension of hunting for example in very cold weather) DCP will reimburse pro rata the days canceled without any other compensation possible.
It is possible that a change of program is put in place in case of force majeure in order not to cancel the stay targeted on a wanted game / fish.
(Example: A suspension of waterfowl hunting in snowy weather can be replaced by a pigeon hunt)

DCP is not responsible in case of delay in obtaining certain documents such as hunting or fishing license.
DCP cannot be held responsible if the participant does not present the necessary documents for travel (Visa, Passport, vaccine certificate, ect, ect)
Any interrupted or shortened trip or any service not consumed by the customer for any reason whatsoever does not give rise to any reimbursement.
DCP or its service providers reserve the right to exclude a participant without any compensation if his behavior has been deemed dangerous or disrespectful towards other participants or organizers.
DCP works in partnership with guides or local organizations, these partners are all professionals and have been rigorously selected to provide services as indicated on the description.
These service providers retain their free will and responsibilities during the stay, DCP cannot be confused with these service providers
In the event of a complaint, for a legitimate reason, it must be manifested the same day in order to be able to find a quick and adequate solution.
The participant accepts the risks associated with the practice of hunting and fishing.
He must be in possession of insurance covering this activity.
DCP cannot be held responsible in the event of an accident related to the practice of hunting or fishing, including during the various transfers (boat, mini bus, Quad, 4X4, ect, ect)
The various insurances are not included in the price of the stays.
No reimbursement can be requested from DCP in the event of the absence of game or fish during a stay.
No painting is guaranteed
(excluding the Fishing in Spain VIP formula and wood hunting in France)
