Short Break, 3 Day Hunting Package
This is our most popular package and suits hunters who only have a few days to spare to make a trip
the package includes 4 Nights’ accommodation (2 Hunters per room) all your meals 3 Morning
Flights at Geese and 3 evening Flights at Ducks/Geese.
Full service from Professional Guides along with all quality equipment required and including all
Transfers to and from the hunting grounds throughout the duration of your trip. If required Airport
transfers and Pickups.
Shooting starts on a Monday or Thursday

The Lodge is situated in Ellon 20 Minutes North of Aberdeen
Itinerary
The Itinerary for a 3-day trip is as follows arrive PM on Sunday or Wednesday and check into the
Accommodation and meet the guide to discuss the plans for the next 3 days of shooting. Free time
to relax after your journey and prepare your kit for the next few days
Morning flight
Depart for morning goose flight 4-6am depending on the time of year Breakfast is before or after the
flight again depending on the time of year
We stay in the fields until we have seen enough birds enjoy our morning
On return to the accommodation breakfast if not already taken and then free time to relax or
explore the area until time to leave for Evening Flight normally 3 to 5pm depending on the time of
year
Evening Flight
Evening Flight you will be taken by your guide to a mixture of fed ponds and splashes which produce
exciting sport on many species of Duck and Geese
After the flight back to the accommodation and relax and enjoy dinner
Wednesday after morning flight check out of accommodation and depart

Hunting Ground
We manage one of the biggest and best shooting areas here in Aberdeenshire with us you are
generally guaranteed to have the best hunting experience whether you’re a novice coming to
Scotland for the first time or a seasoned Goose hunter
We regularly use patterns of in excess of 500 Decoys and use different types of hide including layout
blinds when the condition calls for them
The ground we shoot is directly on the famous Loch of Strathbeg, not near the Loch as many other
guides are we shoot the fields and farms around the Loch, We have other farms close to 2 other
large wildfowl reserves which can provide fantastic flights
